My name is Edina, and after more than twenty years of international career experience, I made a bold decision: to transform everything I’ve lived through into a concrete project aimed at helping individuals and organizations evolve in a healthy, conscious, and sustainable way.
Throughout my journey, I climbed the ranks into leadership roles, working in complex environments and learning what truly works when it comes to leading people. But I also went through toxic situations - both at work and in my personal life - that taught me how to recognize destructive dynamics, the weight of silence, and the power of resilience.
From these experiences, Olivence Consulting & Solutions was born: a business that combines corporate consulting with individual coaching paths, designed to support those who want to grow, transform, heal, and build new directions.
